Party like a ninja so every child feels like a superhero. A birthday party at TKD Wellness is full of fun and fitness infused with a martial arts theme. Our goal is to make your child’s birthday party the most fun experience starting with a Taekwondo lesson, followed by games and then the cutting of the cake with a real samurai sword. As a busy parent, it makes sense to have throw a party that will be easy for you and fun for your kids! TKD Wellness can help make this birthday an experience your child won’t forget.
Planning a birthday party can be overwhelming. Most parties take a ton of work to setup, host and then clean up. When you host your part at TKD Wellness, the majority of the work is taken care of because we setup, entertain the kids and clean up! TKD Wellness can provide not only the venue but also the cake and a fun, exciting experience for your child and their friends. So take a load off and plan your child’s next birthday party with TKD Wellness.
Parties hosted at TKD Wellness not only include the venue but also include the following:
Basic Birthday Package ($249):
Birthday Package: 3 hours of fun!
Packages include: Games, activities, a Taekwondo lesson and plenty of time for cake!
TKD Wellness wants your child to have a blast and we can accommodate up to 20ish kids.
Sure, it is up to you! You can join in if you’re interested; if not, you are more than welcome to sit back, watch and relax.
Since TKD Wellness doesn’t supply the food, the risks are low since all the food is provided by families celebrating the child’s birthday.
The Taekwondo class included with the birthday package is a fun packed basic/introductory Taekwondo taught by a one of our certified black belts instructors. The class mainly focuses on individual fitness and kicking, blocking and punching drills. However, when engaging in partner drills, the children are not allowed to hit each other but instead kick big heavy bags or kicking targets. Children are also given multiple water breaks to stay hydrated.
Parties usually flow in a similar fashion starting with 15-30 minutes of free play (usually tag) before commencing the 45 minute Taekwondo class once all the kids arrive. At the end of the class, the birthday child gets to break a board if they want. Afterwards, the kids have food and cake that is cut with a real samurai sword followed with the reminder of the time spent doing obstacle (aka ninja) courses. We clean up and say good bye.
